Maybe somebody can tell where to get an Alfa line for $22.73? It's impossible to find one anywhere for under 1,824,734,916,622 Liras!
This was confusing to me as well. It finally hit me after looking at the photos. Maybe it made better sense to expats arriving.
Avoid expensive roaming and start paying the same sky-high rates as the rest of us.
