as a power engineer, i can't eliminate the idea of relying on sustainable/renewable sources of energy such as hydraulic (water and wind), solar, etc.. Even if no such technology was incorporated, they can rely simply on storing EDL energy in batteries, large ones, expensive ones (UPS Style). bas eno bitch please...this is lebanon, i second what you said.
