what???? ok. it it because the parent says so....or the child? this girl looks like a beauty pagent drop out/houdlem i know little girls like girly things..but the eye liner is overboard..i dont even wear hoops that large and this lipstick would be tolerable without everything else.

This is disturbing!! There should be a law against this!! The hoop earrings, the makeup!! wtf!
