Vespa is back to Lebanon?… were you gone? Maybe the millions of scooters weaving in and out of traffic made it hard to miss you. “Safety is our top priority” This may be Vespa’s top priority, but for most of the scooter drivers, their top priority is making their delivery on time or getting the kids to school. The rest of us are left with other top priorities, like saving our side mirrors, trying hard not to run them over and trying to get in a few swear words before they run away.
