If they want to photoshop at least keep it a little realistic!!! This looks way to fake, especially the second one. And I think she was much prettier back when she was more "normal".
I think this exagerated photoshop was done on purpose. I liked it. it lokos like a paiting.

Whatever the intent was got lost when it was plastered on these huge billboards. It's a scary sight!
Sometimes it’s hard to know where surgical enhancement starts…
