Electricity is not a commodity to advertise. It's not a public service that the government should be bragging about. It's a basic necessity and it's also the government's job to ensure we have it.
So this billboard is a stupid way of making Lebanese people feel 'special' or 'privileged' for something that is their basic right! To hell with that!
