I al really glad to see that these finally came out. Actually Ghandour launched a student contest about 7 years ago asking them to think about a new design and a new name for the famous rass el abed. I (and 5 others) proposed Tarboosh. It took some time but i am really happy to see they finally did it. I really still believe they should change the packaging pattern
I think the ads with the little boy and the old man are the cutest! And yeah @haissam it seems that this "tarboush" is larger than life! Glad you helped come up with a new name @jazrette!
@rami lol! @jazrette that's cool to have been part of the name change, good for you and well done! @haissam the ones in the store are certainly smaller @danielle they score big on the cute factor and the colors really pop on the highway and finally..... @the modern dictator... you're right...this is a small step towards a less racist lebanon
I am really impreѕsed with your writing ѕkillѕ and also wіth the layout on your weblog. Ιs this a paiԁ theme or did you customize it yoursеlf? The only proof that this dessert is purely Lebanese is that it suffers from an obvious identity crisis.

ReplyDeleteIt seems to me that this oversized tarboosh had an orgasm all over that young lady...and she likes it!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, that's a first - rather small - step towards making Lebanon less racist.
