One day when Lebanon joins the industrialized world, we’ll remember these days and share our stories with our grandchildren about how we used to hesitate to get into elevators, or juggle appliances so as not to overload the generator, we’ll laugh about losing power at the worst/funniest times and of course we’ll wear these dark ages as a badge of our ability to survive the “tough” times. Maybe by then we’ll have decent internet too. Until then, keep your light bulbs, I prefer the soft light of candles.
